An original ale, this beer was inspired by the roots of brewing before hops where the main brewers spice. The honey lends rich notes of cedar, that blend with the aromatics from the belgian yeast and Jasmine to create an intriguing blend of aromas. With flavor as rich as the aroma, this ale is amazingly light on the palate and ends dry and clean.
