Boomtown Brewing hosts its first Beer Dinner with a 5-course pairing by Chef Alan Matheus.

Chef Alan has created a menu that pairs perfectly with our line up of handcrafted ales made just yards away from where you'll be dining. Enjoy this intimate dinner in our beautiful tasting room, as well as an hour of open bar after your meal.

  • Wild Mushroom Toast and Kilwinning Scottish Country Ale
  • Grilled farm bread, Motts farms butternut squash, roasted wild mushrooms, chili de arbol pepitas, Maldon salt

3rd Course

  • Pan Seared Diver Scallops and Chat Sauvage Petite Saison
  • Sweet corn puree, fava beans, tomato confit, pickled Calabrian chili

4th Course

  • Ale Braised Lamp Shank and Magic Napper Scottish Ale
  • Spring pea mash, pea shoots, lamb chicharron, pickled red onion

5th Course

  • Mascarpone Panna Cotta and Submission Belgian Golden Strong
  • Submission macerated stone fruit and house toasted coconut granola
