You're invited to a very special Chefs Series Dinner featuring Chef Justin Disbrow of Savage/Alchemy. Join us as we partner with Chef Disbrow to raise the bar on beer and food pairings through an intimate 3 course dinner (plus amuse bouche) on February 8th. The evening concludes with an hour of open bar to enjoy additional beers and digest with us in our tasting room.

CHEF DISBROW'S PHILOSOPHY
Hailing from the brew city of Milwaukee, Chef Justin Disbrow has a deep appreciation for craft beer. He is intrigued by the science and art of brewing beer and enjoys discovering new methods in introducing it into his recipes. His passion for sustainability and demand for local, seasonal ingredients allows him to explore forgotten food techniques and connect his guests to the future of food. The Ouroboros of Savage/Alchemy depicts the life and death cycle of his eloquently composed dishes. Old world techniques that preserve food to survive the seasons are often paired with fresh herbs and greens to complete the full circle. The fermentation process is often the protagonist in his culinary adventures which makes his collaboration with Boomtown Brewery an exciting new chapter for Savage/Alchemy.
